I have been meaning to write about my favorite comedy show at this time: Happily Divorced. But it is the wisdom of this gymnast what has caught my attention a minute ago. I have never been a sport person, but I do remember her and watched some of her performances. I have seen her through the years doing some other things and have always feel her natural, happy, vibe as very likeable. But, today this interview/video about her thinking around working out and sports related to her daughters has confirmed to me that she is a Wise Woman/Mom.
I greatly appreciate her feedback about how to approach healthy living, which for e is nothing else than living from your very vortex.
Love it, Mary Lou!
Thanks to OMG and Inside Out at Yahoo!
We both, Kirstie and I that is, come from very different stand points of view about life, but given that we are all One, there is something in her that makes me happy. I love seeing her shinning through. There a special exhilaration when you see someone being inside his/her vortex. Kirstie’s expression, even figure, has changed so much in 5 weeks. She was ready to have fun from day one, but you can tell, she now owns more profoundly what she is doing next to that piece of man she is dancing with, love him big time!!!!!!
I enjoy that she is at the point of her life she is, proving to herself where the strength of her life is: in being absolutely happy!!
Love you, delicious people!!
Here is a video of her appearance this week:
This new song “On the floor”can work wonders for JLO. I immediately liked it and actually see her dancing to it. Awesome! It has what the past song with Pitbull did not: good vibe. Is an outstanding club song that anyone in the world can dance to. Congrats!
I have just attracted another song for my daily 15 minutes Oxycise workout :) How God is that?
I am so watching the premiere on American Idol this Thursday March 3rd. :)
Enjoy the video teaser, delicious people and dance to it!
Almost ten years ago a co-worker in Cincinnati talked to me about a book he had borrowed from the library. I do not remember the title but I have never forgotten what it was about. I still even have some photocopies he made for me. :) Oh, Randy!! Good pal! The book suggested a technique for losing weight, a non traditional one and so simple it almost sound “silly”. Oxycise is all about breathing in and out as your only workout to lose weight. It started with Jill Johnson, maybe 30 years ago and now her daughter, Aubrey Lee is doing the same in a so renovated and appreciated way. I gave it a try back then and I saw it working.
Recently, after few months of really been enthusiastic about losing some weight so I can fit in my current clothes :) I got so tired of the routine and here I am desiring again feeling the wonder of the oxygen in my body, it is so easy and satisfying setting some time aside to focus on only breathing without scoring any results I will give a try again. We never get it wrong because we never get it done, so there is so much to gain. We never stop desiring, how awesome is that??!!! :) And the best thing of all is that I know it works because there is nothing more powerful than focus/attention to what you want combined with oxygen.
So enjoy the material and give it a try; it feels awesome!!
Love you, delicious people!

I love my body!
I have been experiencing a very bad pain on my right shoulder. And more recently, the pain is getting all over my neck and the other shoulder. Knowing what sickness is–at least in my world– I have been taking care of the type of thoughts I am generating. But at the same time, knowing also that my body is pure energy, I have attracted today a “Wake-up workout”, where I expected it the least–in a magazine rack in Walmart–, but wait was not a fancy/popular magazine either, it was PreventionGuide.
Tomorrow first thing in the morning I will start with it because I want to see how can I make it mine and adjust it to what I want, some sort of warming up waking in my vortex, type of thing LOL :)
I want to thank Jessica Knadler for such an informative, practical and cute article right at my hand. Jessica is also keeping a very interesting blog http://www.rurallyscrewed.com/ with such a good taste that immediately invites you to read it and taste it, you will see what I am talking about.

Hope you enjoy it!
Delicious workout, darlings! :)
Love my body!
I found Leslie Sansone as a result of my very “wishful thinking” few years ago. I do not workout every day, rather every other day. And, I admit I will do it when I am no fitting my pants.
I like simple things and start gradually is critical so I do not get frustrated. I knew I was going to find something as I wanted it, and Leslie’s walks is all that. I am following her assignments at iVillage and just today I found two successful stories that used her walks. Both ladies are members of Sparkpeople.
These two ladies are Judi and Bonnie. They have done an amazing job inspiring me for my workout with Leslie at iVillage. They enjoy the same I enjoy: walking off weight without setting foot outside… now that is extra, mega, awesome :) When I go outside it is because I really want to experience nature. As Leslie says, you can not get it wrong when walking. I suggest you start with the two mile walk and then the 3 mile. I vary the music to make it more interesting but never get away from the basic steps of her if it is not for plain and delicious dancing -which I love!, that is how much it works for me. :)
Give yourself a chance to connect with your body and dance to the rhythm of the joy of a body in movement. The freedom of controlling your life is worth the journey and Leslie’s “Good job” at the end of her two mile walk is worth much appreciation for inspiring us.
Happy walk, delicious people!
